TROY COLLEY
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Troy’s diverse career spans forestry, managing small government units, and public relations with Weyerhaeuser at a learning center inside the Mount St. Helens blast zone. He has also directed a nonprofit focused on helping people in need in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, worked in various roles with a Pacific Northwest Tribe, and served as an executive consultant. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, writing, gardening, and woodworking. “I am thankful and grateful for the opportunity to be of service to the Seabrook Community Foundation and the people they serve,” Troy says.

SUSAN FRITZ
BOARD PRESIDENT

Susan Fritz joined the Seabrook Community Foundation in 2022. After a 31-year career with the U.S. Agency for International Development, she retired from the Senior Foreign Service in 2020. She and her husband purchased their home in Seabrook in 2006 and have since fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. Susan is eager to apply the skills and knowledge she gained overseas to make a difference in the North Beach area. She is excited about her role in helping the Foundation enhance community well-being.

ALIZA BROWN BOARD MEMBER

Aliza Brown joined the Seabrook Community Foundation in 2022. Aliza is Quinault-enrolled and affiliated with the Quileute, Chehalis, Hoh, Nisqually and Assiniboine Nakota. She is the Health & Wellness Director for the Quinault Nation after having served in a variety of positions including Social Services Manager and Head Start Associate Director. Aliza has a Master's degree focused in Social Work from the University of Washington.

She is looking forward to working with the Seabrook Community Foundation to bring forward a unique voice and perspective to local advancements that enhance and bring value to our beach community and resources.

RYAN PORTER
BOARD MEMBER

Ryan Porter joined the Seabrook Community Foundation in 2023. After visiting Seabrook for the first time in 2016, he and his family fell in love with its charm and made it their full-time home. A graduate of the University of Washington, Ryan leads a technology and marketing services company focused on the automotive industry. He balances his professional life with a passion for technology and cars, spending his free time exploring the Washington Peninsula by car and motorcycle. Ryan is eager to contribute further to the North Beach community through his role on the Foundation's board.

JINNY MARCHAND
BOARD MEMBER

Jinny Marchand has lived in Grays Harbor for most of her life and spent the last 20 years working in Taholah. Passionate about nature, teaching, kids, sports, and music, Jinny is deeply committed to community development and making a positive impact. She is thrilled to join the Seabrook Foundation Board and is eager to contribute her unique experiences and perspectives. Jinny looks forward to collaborating with her fellow board members and working together to create meaningful change for the Seabrook community.
